The One & Only recently reopened after serious hurricane reconstruction and along with an extensive list of resort renovations, they also added a new steakhouse to their directory called Seared. Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten brought a collection of the finest steaks and freshest Pacific seafood to Seared. He paired them with decadent sauces, all the right side dishes, and an extensive wine list to create an all around satisfying fine dining steakhouse experience to guests. A new glass wall meat cellar contains a variety of fifteen different premium cuts from all around the world. Seared is sure that the vast array of flavors, choices, and unconventional combinations of steak and seafood will blow guests away time and time again.

Insider’s Tip: Do not skip out on the heirloom tomato salad, it’s loaded with fresh avocado chunks, glazed in homemade dressing, and is absolutely delicious.

Next to the entrance you will see a chalkboard where they explain the different cuts of cow and write out the nightly specials. Once you enter, you will see grill masters cooking up massive ribs and steaks to perfection right outside in the open air. The ambiance of Chamuyo is the ideal vacation dinner vibe. La Villa Serena became a Cabo legend famous for it’s great deals on the cape’s freshest lobster. Today it is still a highly recommended restaurant to tourists looking for a scenic and outdoor dining experience. Mi Casa has been a culinary landmark in the heart of Cabo San Lucas for over 20 years and just recently expanded by opening a second location is San Jose del Cabo. The history and culture of Mi Casa calls upon the mystical spirit of old Mexico. Their menu virtually takes you on a tour through all of the significant regions and time periods in Mexico’s gastronomic history. Flavors so bold that your tastebuds will awaken and seriously thank you for diving into some real Mexican food.

Insider’s Tip: The extensive menu might seem overwhelming and tempt you to go with your usual chicken tacos, but be bold and order a traditional Mexican dish, something with mole sauce on top.

Cocina-Del-Mar---Esperanza

This restaurant is not only inspired by the seafood available in the Baja, but by all of the freshest ingredients that surround the American borders. Executive Chef Gonzalo Cerda is an Argentinean native and plays off of influences from North, Central, and South. Cocina Del Mar serves both breakfast and dinner daily with creative menu options that you won’t find elsewhere. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options roam the menu as well, so if you aren’t a seafood lover don’t worry. The wide variety of influence that Chef Cerda uses sets his dishes aside from the rest of what is available in Los Cabos.

Insider’s Tip: Try the seafood tortilla soup, it’s a starter that puts a delicious and fresh Baja spin on the tradition Mexican classic.

La-Pampa---Cabo-San-Lucas

Another Argentinian Steakhouse that makes our list is La Pampa, located in downtown Cabo San Lucas. This steakhouse stays true to Argentinian style as possible, down to every last detail. Although fine cut meats are the focus at this restaurant, La Pampa still offers an extensive menu featuring numerous appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and specials as well. La Pampa requests that if you plan on ordering a special like the whole beef rib cage or the baby lamb and pork to call and order two days in advance so that proper cooking time can be utilized.

Insider’s tip: Stop in La Pampa for dinner on a Thursday or Saturday night and you will be accompanied with live music played by Andres Campuzano.
