December 24: La Noche Buena
- Don Manuel’s: Enjoy a Christmas Eve Posada cocktail party at Don Manuel’s Bar complete with Villancicos and a string quartet. Then, stay for Christmas Eve dinner featuring a specially prepared four-course menu and finish off with dessert at Su Cocina where live entertainment will accompany.
- El Farallon: A festive raw bar selection will be available along with freshly caught seafood and live music.
- Beach Club: Enjoy an a la carte menu and festive specials.
December 25: Christmas Day
- Lobby: Sip on Mexican hot chocolate and snack on gingerbread cookies as Santa and his helpers arrive.
- Don Manuel’s: A full buffet will offer selections from Su Cocina along with a full a la carte menu with Mexican Christmas specialties. Don’t miss the Egg Nog “Rompope” too! At night, a traditional family style Christmas dinner will be offered along with live music.
- El Farallon: Freshly caught seafood along with bucket specials including crispy shrimp, local clams and king crabs will be served in addition to live entertainment.
- Beach Club: Enjoy an a la carte menu and festive specials.
December 26: BBQ night, 5:30 to 9 p.m.
December 27: Cigars & spirits, 8 to 10 p.m.
December 28: Mexican fiesta on the beach, 7 to 10 p.m.
December 29: Chocolate & mezcal, 8 to 11 p.m.
December 30: Cuban night on the beach, 7 to 10 p.m.
December 31: New Year’s Eve
- Lobby: Head to the lobby for a New Year’s Eve reception with Champagne and crafted cocktails.
- Don Manuel’s: Indulge in a five-course gourmet dinner accompanied by a live band. Afterwards, a New Year’s Eve countdown party with fireworks and the sounds of Kilometro Band will take place on the terrace.
- El Farallon: A full bounty set menu with fresh seafood, oysters, caviar and Champagne will be available. In addition to live music, Mariachis will escort diners to the party at Don Manuel’s pool afterwards.
- Beach Club: Enjoy an a la carte menu and festive specials.
