Cocina de Autor: A creative culinary experience featuring two Michelin Star Chef Sidney Schutte who combines local ingredients and imported delicacies in an innovative menu using inspiration from his own experiences. Piaf: Experience the art of French cuisine in the romantic and captivating ambiance of Piaf. Named in honor of the famous singer Edith Piaf and beautifully decorated, this space transports diners to the Parisian luxury of the 1940s. Minimum age of 12 years. Lucca: A gourmet restaurant serving Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, with indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoy a scrumptious menu of seafood, meats and fresh pastas. Lucca is home to the largest wine selection in the region, with over 2,500 bottles from 1,500 different wine producers, including the best of Baja California. Velas 10: Located right over the golden sands of Los Cabos, Velas 10 offers the freshest seafood and finest steaks. Its designer architecture and wood accents are complemented by fresh tropical greenery, marble flooring and textured tile tables. The restaurant features tanks of live seafood and cases of meats for selection by diners, including Waygu beef, local sea bass, lobster and oysters on the half shell—all with an oceanfront view. Minimum age of 12 years. Resort casual dress code. Dinner: 6 to 11 p.m.

Cabrilla: An outdoor dining space located in the pool area, Cabrilla offers freshly-caught seafood from the coast to your table; clams, oysters and other varieties of seafood is kept live and prepared to order. The flavor of Mexico is reflected in an exquisite variety of ceviches to suit any taste. A perfect choice for those who wish to enjoy a casual, informal atmosphere or for those who want to spend the entire day enjoying the pool, beach and fresh seafood. Daytime: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Bar KOI: A classic bar with classic and contemporary cocktails. Adults only. Resort elegant dress code. Open 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Azul: An all-day restaurant open for breakfast and lunch, Azul lives up to its name with panoramic oceanfront views of the Sea of Cortez. With a relaxed atmosphere, Azul is the ideal place for the whole family. Guests can enjoy vast buffet spreads of local and international specialties, as well as an a la carte menu. Both air-conditioned indoor seating and breezy oceanfront tables are available. Reservation required. Resort casual dress code. Breakfast: 7 a.m. to 12 p.m., Lunch: 12 to 5 p.m.
