The Beverly Hills-based, billion-dollar real estate brokerage and lifestyle company The Agency, has just opened an office in Todos Santos. The seaside town is located on the Pacific Side of Baja California and has experienced a surge in luxury real estate and tourism.

The new office will be led by Bernardo Mucino Koenig, who has a long history in Mexico’s real estate sales and development industry and has successfully grown The Agency’s Los Cabos office which is home to some of the top agents in the city. Noted as one of Mexico’s top agents, Koenig has also sold more that $160 million in real estate over the last four years. In the new Todos Santos office, he will be joined by Juan Diaz Rivera, who also spearheads The Agency’s Los Cabos office, alongside Adrienne Davis.
