El Dorado Golf & Beach Club


Perfectly positioned in between two of Cabo’s most luxurious five-star resorts, One & Only Palmilla and Las Ventanas al Paraiso, a Rosewood Resort, El Dorado Golf & Beach Club spans 520 acres. Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos


Set for a 2018 opening, the new Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos will be located in the 1,000-acre private beachfront resort community of Costa Palmas and will not only feature 145 guestrooms, but also whole-ownership opportunities ranging from oceanfront to marina- and golf-view residences. Adding to the choices, prospective buyers will also have the option to choose from a collection of custom, single-family oceanfront Four Seasons Private Residence Villas.

The residences will mirror the resort’s low-density layout, blending in with the surrounding Cabo environment. The Enclaves, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residence


Situated inside the multi-billion-dollar, master-planned resort community of Puerto Los Cabos in San Jose del Cabo is The Enclaves, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residence, a collection of 125 Ritz-Carlton-branded residences that will surround the new 120-room Ritz-Carlton Reserve hotel, set to open October 2017. The West Enclave neighborhood—the first phase of the residences—will consist of 27 four- and five-bedroom single-family homes priced from $4.1 million. With contemporary architecture and floor-to-ceiling windows, the homes will include 10,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor living space with luxury amenities like a double kitchen with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, indoor-outdoor stone showers, massage gardens, an entertainment room with en-suite bathroom and more.

Homebuyers will be able to dress up the interiors with choices of cream marble or black granite countertops, Encino Oak wood or Douglas Fir hardwood, and marble and limestone flooring. Outdoors, residents will enjoy 4,000 square feet of living space with a private swimming pool and spa, a covered living and dining area with bar, fireplace and barbecue, and an open-air courtyard with fire feature. Diamante Cabo San Lucas


Home to El Cardonal, the championship-style Tiger Woods-designed golf course, Diamante is a mecca for golf-lovers. Alongside Woods’ creation, the award-winning 18-hole The Dunes Course and the Oasis Short Course are also located inside this luxurious community that spans 1,500 acres of coastline and dunes along more than one mile of Pacific coastline. The first master-planned luxury community to arrive in Los Cabos is Palmilla, located in San Jose del Cabo.
