On Saturday, March 23, Chileno Bay will introduce Mexico’s own guest Chef Lula Martin del Campo, who together with Chileno Bay Resort’s Executive Chef Yvan Mucharraz invite guests to honor the rich and diverse gastronomic culture of the beautiful country. Hailing from Mexico City and owner of Restaurant Cascabel, Chef Lula collaborates with Chef Yvan to unveil a sumptuous menu using the very best of the indigenous ingredients from the Sea of Cortez and surrounding areas of the Baja. This culinary adventure is not to be missed.
