Embrace spring with exciting new programming and delicious events taking place at One&Only Palmilla in San Jose del Cabo.

Sunday Brunch at Agua

Starting March 8, Agua will host Sunday brunch from noon to 4 p.m. on the first Sunday of the month through the end of the year, offering guests the unique opportunity to sample the best One&Only Palmilla has to offer at once. Executive Chef Sandro Falbo will orchestrate a gourmet offering with each of the resort’s restaurants presenting their signature dishes, some preset on the table — such as the Agua signature seafood platter — and others buffet style or at live cooking stations and others prepared in the kitchen.

There will also be mixologists creating an array of classic cocktails, a bodega-style corner to sample fine wine, a selection of desserts, live music, complimentary massages and KidsOnly-led activities for youngsters.

Pricing for adults will include cocktails and with the option to add on a wine or Champagne package.

Pelican Beach Sunset Series

Kicking off March 21, Pelican Beach will transform into a festive seaside party every Saturday for the Pelican Beach Sunset Series. Guests can sip specialty handcrafted cocktails while toasting the sunset, then dance the night away to the sounds of the resident DJ.

Pizza Pazza

Calling all pizza fans! Every Wednesday in the Herb Garden (pictured), Executive Chef Sandro Falbo transforms the enchanting space into a Pizza Pazza, a traditional Roman-style trattoria. Modeled after the authentic menus found in his native land, Chef Sandro will whip up an array of classic Italian pizzas which will be complemented with handcrafted cocktails.
