Enquentro: Apartment-Living Meets High Design

In Architecture & Design by Suzanne Koch

Towering over Mexico City, Enquentro is a unique residential space designed by Hansi Arquitectura and defined by its contemporary style with classic elements blended in.

Arturo Hans, one of the architects in charge of Enquentro, says the project is more than just apartments; it is a concept, a lifestyle and a unique project that serves as a turning point for the market in one of the most traditional neighborhoods in Mexico.

The amenities at Enquentro have been artfully designed and include spacious green areas, a gym, spa, semi-Olympic pool, fitness rooms, a kid’s room and a versatile clubhouse suitable for working, studying or simply relaxing. The residences also have expansive views, natural light and top-of-the-line finishes.

Enquentro offers apartments ranging in size from 753 to 1829 square feet, with balconies and terraces, depending on the model.

Hansi Arquitectura conserved the original Porfirian architecture of traditional Mexico while fusing in modern design, creating a unique and creative space. The firm, founded by Isaac Hans, has four decades of experience in creating original residential, corporate and commercial spaces.
