Join for a family-friendly event around the sparkling Agua pool, where the beloved coconut is the star of the show. Sample a delectable array of sweet coconut-themed desserts and specialty treats served up in dazzling presentations. The tropical flavors and festive good times will appeal to kids and adults, alike.

Pre-Hispanic Tapas & Mixology Pop-up

Travel back in time to discover the boldest flavors of old-world Mexico; this exclusive culinary experience introduces you to some of the unique pre-Hispanic delicacies. Think of grasshoppers, worms, escamoles and much more. Sample six distinctly daring tapas, each paired with its own beverage, including Pulque, a traditional Mexican drink made from the fermented sap of the agave plant.

4th of July Celebration
