At the helm of Arbol, Las Ventanas al Paraiso’s newest Asian restaurant, Chef Anand draws on the rich culinary traditions of India as well as a wealth of pan-Asian influences. Hailing from Mumbai, he spent over a decade exploring and developing coastal cuisines in the Maldives, Seychelles and United Arab Emirates.
He is also the recipient of the 2018 Revelation Chef award in the first annual Culinary Awards Los Cabos. The award acknowledges his inspired, one-of-a-kind dishes at the Asian restaurant where diners can experience dishes cooked using a wok and a tandoor or dine fresh at the raw bar. Chef Anand and Las Ventanas al Paraiso, a Rosewood Resort were nominated in three categories including Hotel Restaurant of the Year and Best New Restaurant.
