I'm currently in #egypt The news of two consecutive bombings in Cairo is heart breaking. This is my first time #experienceegypt The most glorious country has been suffering extremely low tourism for the past five year while tourism is the most important national income. 80% of residents in #Luxor work in the tourism industry. Monuments which used to flood with tourists are now almost empty. Everyday, I see local people trying so hard to make a living but there is hardly any opportunity. Egypt is one of the most fascinating countries I've seen. I hope for peace to return to the people and the country? and you can experience the Egypian magic once again. #thisisegypt #soludosescapes

8. Palawan, Philippines

The Philippines is the land of peculiar modes of transportation – from jeepneys, to banca boats to my personal favorite – the tricycle. The tricycle is like a motorized rickshaw, just attach a sidecar to a motorcycle and you have something cheaper, smaller and more flexible on the road than a car that can also carry passengers and turn into a taxi when you need it. Some of the roads in El NIdo are so narrow and in such bad condition that it's pretty much the only way to get around. This will be your primary mode of transportation too so don't bring anything that can't fit in one of those (like a huge suitcase) unless you want to be that annoying tourist.. The design of the tricycle has also evolved slightly differently depending on where you are. The ones in Coron have more space for passengers with two seats in the back and one in the front and the ones in El Nido have more space for baggage, probably because they have a lot more tourists. Wonder what Darwin would say about that ?? #Palawan #Philippines #ElNido

10. Hakone, Japan

The famous torii of Hakone Shrine. ⛩ . The day we went, it was stupid cold. It had snowed the day before. Took us all day to get here, too! In near freezing temps! . *insert more exclamation points* . Nobody saw that snow coming! But despite the unforeseen setback – worth it, though! As this torii is beautifully situated between insanely zen nature scenes. Sprawling lake on one side, densely forested green on the other. . That unforeseen 2 hour bus wait afterwards in the freezing cold was not fun either – but still. Worth it, worth it. ? . JAPAN 2016 #jincentbeninja
