Growing up in the Arizona desert, I learned to appreciate a different kind of beauty at a young age. A patch of flowers became a fairy haven and a puddle of water held so much possibility. When you live in the desert, the beauty is hidden, but it's there, and when you find it there's nothing better. You can imagine how much my eyes exploded moving to Hawaii! I fall deeply in love with each new place and person I meet. Traveling to Jordan is high on my list of dreams.
