Shaker & Spoon: Cocktail Show

Friday, May 25, 1 to 3 p.m.

Bask under the Mexican sun while sipping on tequila-inspired cocktails from Tequila Casa Dragones. Head Bartender David Hernandez and VIP guest bartender Fernando Acevedo from Jules Basement will be whipping up the refreshing treats at Crudo Bar to get the weekend started right.

The Tastemakers: Cocktail Party

Friday, May 25, 6 to 8 p.m.

Join in the festivities as the resort’s lobby transforms into a festive and delicious celebration. Hosted by the resort’s General Manager Fernando Flores and culinary team plus guest chefs, the night will feature traditional regional cuisine, live music, crafted cocktails and savory appetizers paired with Jackson Family Wines of Santa Rosa, California. The night will then conclude with a dazzling fireworks show. Complimentary.

Don Manuel’s Takeover

Friday, May 25 to Sunday, May 27, 6 to 11 p.m.

Enjoy live entertainment and all the flavors of the Yucatan and the Baja as Don Manuel’s serves up a specially curated menu. Executive Chef Gustavo Pinet and guest chef Luis Gonzalez from La Paz will serve Mexican favorites while Head Bartender David Hernandez and guest mixologist Fernando Acevedo will create craft cocktails. Wine pairings will be poured by Master Sommelier Roberto A. Malera from Jackson Family Wines. Reservations are highly recommended.

Taste The Sea: Tequila & Oysters Takeover

Saturday, May 26, 1 to 3 p.m.

Snack on complimentary poolside tastings at Don Manuel’s Terrace where guests can indulge in a fresh selection of ceviches, oysters and clams, all paired with Tequila Casa Dragones. Complimentary.

El Farallon Takeover

Sunday, May 27, 5 to 11 p.m.

Dine cliffside with live entertainment at one of Cabo’s most stunning restaurants as Executive Chef Gustavo Pinet dishes out a fresh selection of seafood. Guest Chef Luiz Gonzalez will serve up Yucatan specials and Master Sommelier Roberto A. Malera will once again be pouring up wine pairings from Jackson Family Wines. Reservations are highly recommended.
