Your Ultimate Guide to The Resort at Pedregal’s Delicious Festival: The Art of Taste

In Dine, Los Cabos by Suzanne Koch

If there’s anything that’s more exciting than a party in paradise, it’s a party all about food in paradise. The stunning five-star resort, The Resort at Pedregal is gearing up for its fifth annual food & wine festival, The Art of Taste. Set in one of Mexico’s most beautiful settings along the rocky shores of Cabo San Lucas, the festival will serve up some major eye candy along with mouthwatering dishes and sumptuous sips from top chefs and sommeliers. Taking place October 26-30, the festival will also celebrate the Mexican holiday, Dia de los Muertos, giving it an extra side of spirited fun.

The event will kick off with a welcome champagne reception and close out with a gala dinner and farewell after-party. In between, guests can fill up on everything from instructional seminars on salsas and tequilas, to ocean-to-table classes on ceviches and tiraditos. Guests will be able to browse food booths, watch demonstrations, enjoy live music and dancing, and indulge in exquisite cuisine, all from the beautiful cliffside setting of the resort. This event is truly a foodie’s paradise.

She is also the author of White Chocolate and The New Cuisine of Hawaii and is a regular contributor to American Forces Radio’s On Travel.

In addition to a knowledgeable host, the event will feature star chefs and international wine and spirit authorities, including The Resort at Pedregal’s own Executive Chef, Gustavo Pinet who recently arrived from Las Ventanas al Paraiso and has nearly 20 years of experience under his chef coat.
