A typical day in my life includes… waking up at 6:30 a.m., making two cups of coffee for Kyle and I, checking emails, going to cycle or yoga class, meetings, creating content, managing collaborations, cooking dinner.

One thing I cannot travel without… dry shampoo. I typically don’t wash my hair in hotels when we travel. I can go up to 7 days without washing!
