Hilton’s very first Playa del Carmen hotel, The Fives Downtown Hotel & Residences, is part of Hilton’s Curio Collection and is the first property in the country from the brand. The boutique stay is located at Avenida 10 Norte and Calle 2, just two blocks from the sparkling Playa del Carmen beach.
The hotel boasts 93 guest rooms, a 50-meter rooftop infinity-edge pool overlooking the ocean and four dining outlets including a tequila bar with more than 100 different tequilas and mezcals. The design of the hotel is thanks to architects Gabriel Téllez and Erick Alcalá and interior designer Mario Téllez Gurbina. Inspired by traditional Mexican decor with contemporary touches, the design features bright colors and natural textures with furnished balconies and terraces. The public spaces include a vertical garden, modern artwork from renowned international artists and more.
