KASA Hotel Collection has just announced its newest property, KASA Hotel Riviera Maya, will open July 1, 2019. Located in the Puerto Aventuras community, the new hotel will be the brand’s second property in Mexico.
Nestled into the lush jungle, KASA’s 42 accommodations range from Superior guest rooms to one-, two- and three-bedroom suites and multiple penthouse suites, with most rooms facing the lagoon and pool areas. Higher level rooms include deluxe amenities like rooftop pools, spacious terraces, fully equipped kitchens and more.
The hotel’s food scene will be led by Chef Gilberto Canto Pool whose resume of past restaurants include KOCINA Restaurant and SUR Steakhouse in Playa del Carmen. The hotel’s three-meal KOCINA Restaurant will serve modern Mexican cuisine, incorporating seafood and local Mayan ingredients like chaya and chocolate.
A private beach club will also have its own restaurant, along with a full-service marina for docking yachts or setting sail. Guests can dive into an infinity-edge pool or tee up at the nearby Tom Lehman-designed signature golf course. KASA will also feature a spa with beachfront treatments and yoga and guests will have access to complimentary bicycles.
KASA Hotel Riviera Maya joins KASA Hotel Parota in Tulum. In coming years, KASA Hotel Collection has plans to open multiple properties in Mexico including KASA Hotel Ceiba in Tulum (2019), KASA Hotel Tzalam in Tulum (2019), KASA Hotel @ Terra Farm in Tulum (2020), KASA Hotel Amate in Tulum (2019), KASA Hotel Puerto Escondido (2021), KASA Hotel Todos Santos (2023) and KASA Hotel San Jose del Cabo (2023).
