Rosewood Mayakoba, the luxurious Riviera Maya resort in the Mayakoba development, is celebrating 10 years of welcoming guests to its magical property. To properly acknowledge the milestone, the property is letting guests in on the fun with new amenities and a three-day fiesta. The event will take place March 9-11 and will include celebratory events and will be topped off with a five-course gala dinner at Punta Bonita.

Taco Academy Series: Showcasing unique traditions, ingredients and approaches to authentic tacos, the resort’s Chef Juan Pablo Loza will teach guests how to whip up their own tacos with Mexican and Latin-inspired dishes’ secrets. During the three-day experience guests will be able to cook side-by-side with award-winning chefs and some of the dining outlets will feature new items created by visiting chefs.
Marry Oneself Journey: Forget finding your special someone and escape to Sense, the resort’s spa for a three-day, four-night personal retreat focusing on self love. Inspired by Mayan traditions the unique experience includes guided rituals led by the resident Shaman, spa experiences and a final ceremony of self commitment. Guests will also be treated to skin care and massage treatments.
Sense, a Rosewood Spa Partners with Maison Caulieres and Evidens de Beaute: Partnering with the two exclusive skin care lines, the resort has created innovative, customized experiences. The new treatments have been added to the spa menu which uses traditional Mexican healing techniques inspired by ancient Mayan practices.
Give & Grow: Help support a primary and middle school in the Riviera Maya that’s funded by guests, associates and friends of Rosewood Mayakoba. Centro Educativo K’iin Beh, a newly-built school located 15 minutes from the leading luxury resort, was established for the children of its employees and local youth. Serving more than 200 students in its inaugural year, the school offers bilingual, full time education for children. Guests will have the opportunity to donate directly to the school or participate in giving back through hands-on, on-site projects.
