Chileno Bay Resort & Residences’ mixologist Osvaldo Vazquez has shared one of his favorite cocktail recipes to add a refreshing twist to a hot summer day.
Principe Porteño
- 2 oz. gin mate base
 - 1 oz. grapefruit shrub
 - 1 pinch of mint
 - 1/2 fresh lime juice
 - 3 dash orange blossom bitters
 - 3 oz. tonic water fever T.
 
Directions: Add all the ingredients into a Koriko. Shake well and pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with mint.
