Recipe: Principe Porteño

Chileno Bay Resort & Residences’ mixologist Osvaldo Vazquez has shared one of his favorite cocktail recipes to add a refreshing twist to a hot summer day.

Principe Porteño

  • 2 oz. gin mate base
  • 1 oz. grapefruit shrub
  • 1 pinch of mint
  • 1/2 fresh lime juice
  • 3 dash orange blossom bitters
  • 3 oz. tonic water fever T.

Directions: Add all the ingredients into a Koriko. Shake well and pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with mint.
