Cedron, the Restaurant You Should Already Know

In Architecture & Design by Isabella Moreno

This gastronomic proposal is located in one of the most beautiful streets of the Condesa District in Mexico City, the street Mazatlan. Cedron Restaurant is located inside an old house that has been renovated with a refined and elegant style, and using a a palette of colors and materials that go perfectly hand-in-hand and are perfect for harmonizing the entire experience. Guests will find colors like navy blue, deep wood-like browns, gold shining details and an exquisite illumination.

Cedron was inspired by Alejandro Fuentes’ experiences while living in various landscapes and by flavors of the Mediterranean and ports that he’s enjoyed throughout his travels around the world. With the experience he had at the Au Pied de Cochon in Mexico and the Ritz-Carlton of Paris, the excellence of the gastronomy in every detail is reflected in its own restaurant.

Some of the details that will make your experience at Cedron even more enjoyable are the mixology by German Ortega, a pet-friendly environment and small details like the infusion of the Kidron at the end of the main dish. This special way of pampering guests is seen in the quality of food served, with the freshest products and made-to-order dishes in a simple way. It is a gastronomic option that combines all the necessary ingredients for an unforgettable experience.
