Dipao: Italian Cuisine at Valle de Bravo

Valle de Bravo is an absolutely magical place in the State of Mexico. It is surrounded by forest, lake, fresh air and lots of adventure for the whole family like riding a motorcycle, sailing, water skiing, hiking just and enjoying the company of your partner, friends and family. It also offers a wide variety of restaurants to delight the most sophisticated palates.

Dipao opened its doors twelve years ago. It all began with one pasta pot, two ladles, two frying pans, six dinner plates, a wood-burning oven and tables for 15 people. This is how this great space began and is now known as a place where you can enjoy the best of Italian cuisine. It is a family business where you put all the love and magic of the union in each dish. The service is the philosophy of the place; “serve as if we received friends at home.”

There is also flexibility in its menu; if you want something that is not listed, they will be able to make it for you. The specialty of the house is the artichoke with cheese plus all of the pastas. Without a doubt Dipao has been a success thanks to the commitment, quality of the dishes and the service. There are two restaurants in Valle de Bravo and we hope that they will soon have more at an international level.
