Temptation Cancun Resort is currently undergoing a multi-million-dollar renovation that will amp up the property features and overall look. Led by award-winning designer Karim Rashid, the all-inclusive resort will receive 430 newly designed rooms and suites, new guest areas highlighted by bright colors, a lively pool and a calmer pool, state-of-the-art shows, eight specialized restaurants and five bars. The resort will debut its new look this fall and will continue offering its enticing loyalty program, PREMIER vacation club. The program is targeted towards repeat guests and offers exclusive privileges, discounts, room upgrades and personalized service. With nearly 6,000 members, the program is offered at both oceanfront locations in Cancun and Riviera Maya along with any of Original Group’s properties including Temptation and Desire.

“At Temptation, we strive to attract and retain loyal guests and staff by creating a destination, a lifestyle that embodies architecture, design, entertainment and five-star service. Our employees are our biggest brand advocates and we are firm believers that a satisfied team leads to satisfied guests,” said Rodrigo de la Peña, CEO of Original Group.

Among the satisfied team at Temptation Cancun is chef Roque Jacinto who has curated more than 10 restaurant concepts in the 40 years he has been with the company, chauffeur Gonzales Ruiz Fidel and Ek Hoil Feliciano of the cleaning staff for over 30 years; and the gardener The Tun Donato who’s been keeping the grounds beautiful for over 25 years.
