One of the greatest delicacies that nature has given us is mango, personally, one of my favorite foods. There are different ways to eat it and turn it into fantastic dishes, and it is precisely Executive Chef Rodrigo Torres from Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, who will have the honor to present on September 3 the special tasting menu dinner with Baja Mango. This unique experience, which will delight the senses, will take diners on a culinary journey where the local fruit will be protagonist, coming to life in various forms to surprise and delight the palate through its versatility. Rodrigo will present the exquisite menu inspired by the success story of Baja Mango Company, a project that nurtures the growth of the fruit in the desert of Baja California Sur, Mexico, helping the community and other producers. To get an idea of what awaits the lucky ones who enjoy these dishes, we can tell you that some of the highlights of the menu will be a Baby Arugula Salad with Cilantro, Fennel and Manila Mango Nitro Foam, Shrimp with Grilled Mango, Sorbet with Mango Ceviche, and much more; I can´t wait to taste it!
