The music-centric Hotel El Ganzo in Cabo has just announced its fall concert series that will feature a wide range of genres from Americana to synthpop and more. As part of the boutique hotel’s Artist in Residence program, musicians post up on-site for a week, mingling with guests and creating music for El Ganzo’s “Session” in the hotel’s Underground recording studio. The musicians then top off their stay with an intimate rooftop concert for guests, free of charge.
Curated by on-site music industry veteran Mark Rudin, this fall’s lineup will kick off on October 21 with Nashville alternative country musician Rayland Baxter. Next up, on November 17 Colombian singer-songwriter Elsa Carvajal from Elsa Y El Mar will perform and on December 16 Brooklyn duo, Great Good Fine Okay will take the stage with their silk kimonos, triggered lights and histrionic keytar solos.
Past performances include Grammy-award winner Natalia Lafourcade, Brett Dennen, Lissie, Allen Stone, Alex Dezen, Caloncho and Leagues, among more.
