The resort is the first in the country to receive an EarthCheck Certification for planning and designing and features an eco-integrating design that blends in with the surrounding nature and offers guests five different, unique types of accommodations to fit any type of traveler. For those looking to kick back and truly relax, Muluc Spa give tired feet and bodies a chance to rejuvenate. The spa features 18 treatment caves that have been carved out of natural rock. Named after the Mayan’s sign for water that’s related to the renewal of the lunar cycles, Muluc Spa will incorporate many aspects of Mayan culture and philosophies including a temazcal experience.
