Umai Gourmet Noodle Bar

Designed by Chef Harunobu Furuta, this exotic Umai Gourmet Noodle Bar menu features a mix of different ramen and soba noodle preparations, plus an array of Japanese appetizers and desserts. Mixologists will also be on hand, serving up an authentic selection of sake and specialty themed cocktails.
Pizza Pazza
Join One&Only Palmilla’s Executive Chef Sandro Falbo as he transforms the enchanted culinary Herb Garden into Pizza Pazza, a Roman-style feast. Modeled after the authentic menus found throughout his homeland, Chef Sandro will be creating an array of classic Italian street foods, including handcrafted pizzas, bruschetta, and authentic desserts.
Caymus Wine Dinner
Meet Maurico La Madrid, Sales Manager for Wagner Wines of Mexico, as he pours a selection of premium Caymus Vineyard Wines. Taste two of the vineyards famous Cabernet Sauvignons.

Created by the acclaimed culinary team, the Best of One&Only Brunch stars a sampling of signature dishes from each of One&Only Palmilla restaurants, capped off with the most decadent sweets and desserts. Live entertainment and a Mixology Pop-up Bar featuring Champagne Cocktails will also be offered, along with a professionally supervised play area with games and activities for the kids.
