Recipe: Rosemary Garlic Guacamole

You can never go wrong with a big bowl of guacamole. Whether you’re snacking on chips or making a full blown feast, guacamole is always the perfect addition. If you’re looking for a spin on the traditional guac, give this rosemary recipe from Flora Farms in San Jose del Cabo a try.

  • 4 Avocados
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1/2 Serrano pepper
  • 3-4 Twigs of rosemary
  • Salt and pepper

Directions: Put rosemary, serrano pepper and garlic in a molacajete (mortar and pestle) and mix it until it is a paste. Gently mix in the avocados until blended. Add salt and pepper to taste.
