Love at New Heights
Take your love to new heights with this private five-course dinner in the Hacienda Bell Tower. Reserved for just one lucky couple at a time, the tower will be decked out with elegant decor while a violinist plays a romantic selection of songs. The menu includes caviar, local seafood and more, all paired with champagne and wine.
Available February 14- 16, 7 to 10 p.m. for $5,800 per couple. One couple per night may reserve the experience.
L’Angelo del Amore Cena
Celebrate your love the Venetian way with a beachside masquerade setting decorated in the theme of L’Angelo del Amore Cena. A five-course menu paired with Italian wine, entertainment from a violinist and a local artist to capture the magic complete this Italian-inspired evening.

Celebración del Amor
Dine under the glowing lights of the resort’s iconic chapel. A horse-drawn carriage will whisk you away to the secluded location where a trio of musicians will serenade you through the night. Savor a five-course chef-designed menu while taking in the truly magical setting.

Love in Bloom
Enjoy something different with this luxe picnic set in the resort’s signature Herb Garden. Guests will be surrounded by the scents of fresh herbs and the bright hues of blooming flowers while indulging in a delicious tasting menu of regional Baja eats. A saxophonist will provide the soundtrack for the evening.

Moonlight Magic
For those celebrating the holiday late (or for a second time!), enjoy this special dinner. Couples will be taken to a secret location on property where they’ll dine on an exclusive six-course chef-designed menu including things like sea scallops, roasted quail and more. An acoustic guitarist will add an extra level of romance while the moonlight will set the night aglow.

Paired With Love
Agua by Larbi is hosting a night of delicious pairings. Designed by Executive Chef Larbi Dahrouch, a five-course gourmet menu will be accompnaied by live entertainment, a special photo opportunity and a collector’s Swarovski gift. Dine at the restaurant’s Sunset or Moonlight Tables for an even more romantic evening.
Available February 14-20, 6 to 10 p.m. $185 per person for standard seating, $400 per couple for Moonlight Tables, $430 per couple for Sunset Tables. Optional wine pairing for $100 per couple.
Epicurean’s Delight
Take advantage of this one-night-only affair at SEARED, the resort’s steakhouse, with a four-course menu designed by Michelin-Star Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. An optional wine pairing will include rare Grand Cru Classe wines and vintage champagnes, all hand-selected by the in-house Sommelier.

Serenata Mexicana
Enjoy a four-course tasting menu of Mexican cuisine at Breeze while overlooking the Sea of Cortez and enjoying the sounds of a trio of guitarists playing an authentic Serenata. The menu will be designed by Chef Erick Alcazar and each course will be enhanced with a chef-selected wine pairing of whites, reds and dessert wine.

Sip the featured cocktail Window of Time at Agua Bar. The drink is inspired by the evolution of love and is infused with a mix of ingredients that allows for an evolution of flavors over time.
