The holidays in paradise are a little more joyful at The Resort at Pedregal who’s festive celebrations last all week long.
Monday, December 24 — La Noche Buena
“La Noche Buena” is a Mexican tradition celebrated on Christmas Eve which marks the end of The Posadas, a series of processions and parties to celebrate the upcoming holidays. Guests can join in the fun at Don Manuel’s for a cocktail party before enjoying a special Chrstimas Eve dinner. Su Cocina will offer sweet bites afterwards with live music and a performers show. El Farallon will be offering a special seafood selection plus live music while the Beach Club will serve up its a la carte menu and specially prepared festive specials.
Tuesday, December 25 — Christmas Day
Santa will be arriving on his own Harley Davidson through the Dos Mares Tunnel, escorted by elves with presents in tow. Greet him while enjoying Mexican chocolate and gingerbread cookies. Afterwards Don Manuel’s will be serving a full breakfast buffet and egg nog Rompope plus Mexican Christmas specialties. At night, a traditional family-style Christmas dinner will be offered alongside live music. Other culinary options throughout the day include a tiki bar and burgers and ribs station at the Beach Club for lunch, a freshly caught seafood selection at El Farallon and festive dinner specials at the Beach Club.
Wednesday, December 26 — Beach BBQ Night
Pile your plate high with house smoked meats and local seafood while listening to stories about the Baja while gathered around beach bonfires. Don Manuel’s and El Farallon will also be serving up regular menus with live music throughout the evening.
Thursday, December 27 — Cigars and Spirits on the Beach
Head to the beach for a night of Cuban, Mexican and South American cigars paired with signature cocktails and special pairings made with a unique selection of bourbon, rum, aged tequila, mezcal and whiskey. Don Manuel’s and El Farallon will serve regular menus with live music and The Beach Club will serve its a la carte menu and festive specials during the night.
Friday, December 28 — Cinema Night
Enjoy a complimentary movie on the beach with the whole family. The culinary team will also prepare an a la carte menu with sweets and snacks for the movie. Catch The Polar Express at 6 p.m. or Coco at 8:45 p.m. Don Manuel’s and El Farallon will serve regular menus with live music and The Beach Club will serve its a la carte menu and festive specials during the night.
Saturday, December 29 — Mexican Fiesta
The Beach Club is hosting a Mexican fiesta complete with a seafood ceviche station, an antojitos station, build-your-own tacos, carnitas station, a sweet station and more. Don Manuel’s and El Farallon will serve regular menus with live music and The Beach Club will serve its a la carte menu and festive specials during the night.

Monday, December 31 — New Year’s Eve
Close out 2018 at Don Manuel’s with a five-course dinner accompanied by a live band. Afterwards, the New Year’s Eve Countdown Party will feature fireworks on the bar terrace and the sounds of the Classic Twelve Band. Guests choosing to dine at El Farallon will also enjoy live music and Mariachis will escort diners to join the party at Don Manuel’s afterwards. The Beach Club will also be serving up specially prepared dinner specials along with its a la carte menu.
