Hilton’s iconic luxury hotel brand Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts will make its debut in Mexico later this year when it assumes operations of The Resort at Pedregal. The five-star Cabo San Lucas resort will be rebranded as the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal. Guests will be able to enjoy the True Waldorf Service starting Q4 2019.

“As the brand’s first property to debut in Mexico, Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal showcases the brand’s commitment to expanding our luxury portfolio to some of the world’s most sought after destinations. We look forward to combining the resort’s exclusive environment and guest-focused comforts with the brand’s unparalleled commitment to personal service, and together, ensuring our guests have the experience of a lifetime.”

Already an iconic destination on its own, The Resort at Pedregal has racked up an impressive lineup of industry awards and recognitions including being named the No. 7 of Top 25 Hotels in the World by TripAdvisor Traveler’s Choice Awards, the Five Diamond Award by AAA and the Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star for both Luna y Mar Spa and the resort itself.

Currently celebrating its 10th anniversary, The Resort at Pedregal has plenty to boast. Its stunning cliffside restaurant El Farallon is complete with a Champagne Terrace and each room here comes with its own private plunge pool. Even reaching the resort is an experience. Guests must travel through Mexico’s only privately owned tunnel, emphasizing the exclusivity of the stunning locale.
