From the looks of it, everything. According to Andrew Lemke of Snell Real Estate, this extravagant hilltop home has one of the biggest price tags on the market in Mexico at $25 million. The home sits inside (or on top) of Villas Del Mar, a gated community that overlooks the sparkling Sea of Cortez. The owner of the home, Joseph Fryzer is a Los Angeles based entrepreneur and real estate developer who bought the site in 2005 and spent $15 million constructing the towering beauty. A decade later, and Joseph is moving on to building another home in a new community that he is developing – Bay of Dreams, which leaves this mansion up for grabs.
The home’s most eye catching feature is the 2,000 square foot infinity pool which includes a hot tub, swim-up bar, built in tables, fire-pit island, and an above-water lounge. The inside boasts 6 bedrooms, staff quarters, gym, home theater, and a wine cellar all laid out over 8,200 square feet.
