Meet Chef Juan Eumir, a private chef to many Hollywood stars who enhances spontaneous creativity in the kitchen, gaining fame and recognition in Mexico and the United States. Like many chefs, Juan explains that his intuition seasoning and ingredients was inherited from his mother. He drafted its first course at age 9, but his dream of studying gastronomy, he first earned a degree in international business and marketing, and years after, he entered the College of Culinary Arts Le Cordon Bleu, where he won the Chef of the Year recognition.

A typical day in my life includes…  Awakening to a beautiful sunrise, the site of my wife by my side, then she asking me for her cup of  Coffee. Then thinking of what  I need to buy when I go to the local market in downtown; one of my favorites spots to be. I love to check out the produce and the fish and the meats and local cheeses. Then get to my restaurant and start prepping and coming up with new ideas based upon the ingredients I picked. Then to be able to serve those ideas in to wonderful plates.

My favorite thing about Los Cabos is… The beach, the quality of life and the sunsets
