A veteran in the global hospitality industry, Nicholas Gold started his career in his native London as a restaurant manager more than two decades ago before moving on to hotels in Europe, Florida, Arizona and even Puerto Rico where he opened the luxury Condado Vanderbilt Hotel. He has managed some of the most prestigious hospitality properties in the U.S. including Enchanment Resort & Mii amo Spa in Sedona, Arizona and Amangiri Resort in Canyon Point, Southern Utah. Now, he resides in Playa del Carmen where he is the general manager of the hip and lively Thompson Playa del Carmen.
