My city: Mexico City

My favorite part about my city is… The gorgeous delicious restaurants, architecture and museums.

The best time of year to visit is… Honestly, Mexico City has amazing climate. Summer time is a little rainy in the afternoons but it is mostly sunny and warm!

My ideal weekend in town… Waking up to a pilates class on Saturday. Going to a late brunch in Polanco. Visiting a museum or walking around el centro and having lunch in Condesa that lasts all night with drinks on my favorite rooftop!

The one attraction you can’t miss… El Castillo de Chapultepec, a neoclassical castle in the middle of the city with a gorgeous view of Reforma.

My top 2 picks for breakfast… Lalo! & Catamundi.

My top 2 picks for lunch…  Contramar & Rosetta.

My top 2 picks for dinner…  Blanco Castelar & Pujol.

The best happy hour is… a glass of wine at La barra de Fran.

The best local cup of coffee… I do tea and I love Cafe Toscano for a relaxing experience.

My go-to for the best Instagram photo op is… Monumento a la Revolución.

The best place for a great cocktail… Blanco Colima.

When I want to shop local, I go to… IKAL & Lago DF on Masaryk

My tips for a great night out… Lunch is from 2 – all night long. Choose a great lunch spot & enjoy “sobremesa” until the late hours of the night…

I recommend staying… At a boutique hotel, anyone from Mexican Hotel Group Habita.

To unwind and relax… The Spa at The St Regis Mexico City.

Something people get wrong about my city is… it is not safe.

Something not many people know about my city is… How delicious everything is. The food scene is insane. From Pujol to street tacos, every experience is memorable!

My No. 1 tip for out-of-towners is… find a list from your favorite blogger & stick with it! We know where to go and where to have fun!

You’ll love my city if you love… exploring & never knowing what will happen next!
