In 2022, Tulum will welcome Amaná, a mixed-use project combining luxury condos with an exclusive commercial area. The world-class, ecological and sustainable complex is being developed by the Black Development Group with contemporary Mexican architects Niz + Chauvet leading the design.

Amaná will be a unique project in the area due to its size and prime location in the heart of Tulum. Located just a few minutes from the beach, city center and other main attractions, Amaná will be an enticing choice for homebuyers. The design highlight of it will be a welcoming bamboo structure clocking in at 26-ft. high with a 4,305-sq.-ft. base.

A total of 155 units will be spread across six three- and four-level towers. Floor plan options will range from one- to three-bedrooms with gardens and two-level apartments with private pools and panoramic views. Emphasizing the sustainable design, Amaná will feature solar panels, a water treatment plan, an organic waste disposal program and rainwater collection.

Amenities at Amaná will include centrally located family-friendly swimming pools, Jacuzzi and lap pool; an outdoor gym; a fully equipped gym; tennis court; and a climbing wall. Additional amenities include restaurants, a bar, cafeteria and a BBQ area with cabins and fireplaces. Even youngsters will have their own playroom and outdoor playground to enjoy.

The complex is making day-to-day living easy with features that include a dedicated pet area plus pet walkers available. There will also be 24-7 security and underground parking. The development will soon announce a new hotel that will also be added to the complex which will add even more amenities for residents and visitors like room service, laundry, cleaning and concierge services.
