The PURE rooms receive an additional seven-step cleaning process to rid the air and surfaces of potential irritants, creating an even more peaceful experience.

While the hotel focuses on its regional location, it’s no surprise that locally sourced ingredients are the focus of each of its four unique restaurants. Dining outlets range from casual to formal and feature an array of international fare, pleasing to any palate. Cueva Siete—named for the seven origin caves of Mayan mythos—serves up Yucatecan dishes deeply rooted in Mexican flavor. Nosh on Mexican street food by day and by night, enjoy a more refined atmosphere. Cueva Siete also features a rotating chef program to keep the flavors and dishes exciting.
