The ultra-luxury One&Only brand is now tapping into real estate with the recent launch of its first ever branded residences, located in the $1 billion Mandarina development in the Riviera Nayarit. Situated along a one-mile stretch of beach, the Mandarina resort and residential community is located less than one hour north of Puerto Vallarta and 15 minutes north of Sayulita in between the Pacific Ocean and Sierra Madre Occidental.

Dubbed One&Only Private Homes, the residences will be one of the first collections of One&Only villas. The 55 villas will be situated along the southern peak and will be offered in four-, five- and eight-bedroom floor plans, ranging in size from approximately 7,500 to 13,500 square feet. Floor plans will emphasize indoor-outdoor living, effortlessly transitioning from indoors to terrace, pool and garden areas and will be offered between $4 and $12 million.

Residents at One&Only Private Homes will be able to take advantage of a multitude of amenities like property management, charging privileges for hotel amenities, in-residence private dining and spa services, personal training sessions, travel arrangements, personal shopping, laundry and dry cleaning, medical services and boat moorage at The Jetty.

The contemporary villas will be individually designed by the renowned Arizona-based Rick Joy Architects and will debut alongside One&Only Mandarina, a 108-room hotel set to open fall 2019. Award-winning Rick Joy Architects will be the architect for the whole development and will use his lifestyle-based and landscape-sensitive experience to infuse Mandarina’s surroundings into the new development.
