What’s now a staple of weekend brunching was once just a mix of vodka and tomato juice that Fernand Petiot started making in Paris. After becoming a bartender at the St. Regis King Cole Bar in New York in 1934, he perfected the formula by adding salt, pepper, lemon, Tobasco and Worcestshire Sauce. Now, every St. Regis has created their signature Bloody Mary which includes a special ingredient. Choose your catch of the day at Sea Breeze Beach every Friday at 11:30 a.m. as fishermen deliver fresh fish to Sea Breeze Beach Club. Along with choosing your tasty fish, guests will also have the chance to meet the Chef.
