The Agency, the Beverly Hills-based powerhouse real estate company, has officially opened the doors to its new offices in Todos Santos and La Paz. The additions bring the brand’s Mexican office count to five. Both offices will be led by Bernardo Mucino Koenig and Juan Diaz Rivera, who both spearhead the Los Cabos office, along with Adrienne Davis.

“We are grateful and honored to represent some of the finest homes and new development projects in Mexico and have offices in Los Cabos, Punta de Mita, Puerta Vallarta and now Todos Santos and La Paz. It is with great pride that we have again partnered with Bernardo and Juan to launch these offices in
Mexico.”

Mauricio Umansky, CEO and Founder of The Agency

In seven years, The Agency has grown to more than 550 agents across more than 30 offices, representing some of the most coveted developments and listings. New projects in Mexico include The Cape Residences in Cabo San Lucas and Mandarina in Riviera Nayarit.

In Todos Santos, a growing tourism and luxury real estate market are opening the doors to a slew of new offerings, making it an ideal location for The Agency. On the other side of the Baja Peninsula, La Paz is also experiencing growth. The resort destination of Puerta Cortes (pictured) features oceanfront and hillside residences, plus a world-class marina, golf course and more. The Agency’s La Paz location will be located within the development and will be handling the sales here, along with assisting clients throughout the rest of the city.

“The Agency in Los Cabos has revolutionized the real estate market in the region, and it has been a pleasure to bring to Mexico the collaborative philosophy and unique culture our firm represents. Todos Santos and La Paz are remarkable destinations with exquisite beachside homes that will be sure to be of interest to our Mexico and U.S. clientele.”

Bernardo Mucino Koenig

Koenig is regarded as one of the top agents in Mexico, selling more than $160 million in real estate in the past four years and successfully growing the Los Cabos office to comprise some of the top producers in the city.
