It’s never too early to start planning your next vacation, especially when it’s to Mexico! And what’s better than trying out something new. Over the next few years, some of Mexico’s top destinations are receiving an influx of high-end, luxury resorts from some of the world’s top brands.
Think Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, One&Only, Rosewood and more. Not to mention, some of these posh stays will be inside new extravagant resort communities.
In Los Cabos, Costa Palmas will be highlighted by a 250-slip deep water marina and the new Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas (pictured). Located on the Baja’s East Cape, the 1,000-acre private beachfront community offers seclusion and a sense of untouched land with a change of scenery for those familiar with Cabo’s scene.
The Riviera Nayarit will soon be home to Costa Canuva, a seaside community just north of Punta Mita housing the new Fairmont Costa Canuva plus four more hotels, 2,500 residential units and an exclusive golf course designed by Greg Norman and Lorena Ochoa. Also in the Riviera Nayarit, roughly 45 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport will be Mandarina, a resort and residential community that will soon be home to One&Only Mandarina and Rosewood Mandarina.
The Kanai Retreat is an expansive project in the Riviera Maya between Cancun and Playa del Carmen whose plans include the W Kanai Retreat, The St. Regis Kanai Resort, an Auberge Resort and a Park Hyatt hotel along with a beach club.
