The Resort at Pedregal is celebrating July 4th with an over-the-top Baja BBQ and culinary events all weekend. And since it’s also the resort’s 10th anniversary this year, the multi-day event is guaranteed to be a great time not to miss.

Welcome Toast & BBQ – July 4

Kicking off with an introduction by General Manager Fernando Flores, who’s been with the resort for a decade, the night will pay tribute to a Decade of Luxury by celebrating the chefs who’ve made the destination so delicious. The casual evening will take place at the Beach Club Pool Terrace with live music, artisan beers and signature cocktails. A fireworks display at 8:30 p.m. will top off the night.

VIP attendees include Chef Alex Branch of Acre Restaurant in San Jose del Cabo; Chef Gabriel Kolofón, F&B Director and Executive Chef of Belmond Maroma Resort & Spa in Riviera Maya; and Chef Alejandro Cuatepotzo, owner of Arango Restaurant in Mexico City and Antonia Bistro in San Miguel de Allende.

Beach Club/Pool Terrace, 7 to 11 p.m. $90 per person. Open to the public.

10th Anniversary Cocktail Reception – July 5

Enjoy cocktails and canapes with Boisset Collection wines and Casa Dragones cocktails from award-winning mixologist Kevin Diedrich. Guest attendees include Jean Charles Boisset, owner of Boisset Collection and his wife Gina Gallo, Winemaker and Senior Director of Winemaking Gallo Signature Series; Viviana Irigoyen, Regional Director of Casa Dragones; and Award-Winning Mixologist Kevin Diedrich from San Francisco’s Pacific Cocktail Haven.

The Band is Back Together: Bring It!/Ensemble Cast – July 5

Enjoy a night of culinary heaven with guest chefs Alex Branch, Gabriel Kolofón and Alejandro Cuatepotzo. Guests will be able to choose a la carte menu items paired with the creative style of the guest chefs. The evening is made complete with JC Boisset pouring wine and Kevin Diedrich whipping up Casa Dragones cocktails.

From San Francisco With Love – July 6

Award-winning mixologist and owner of Pacific Cocktail Haven in San Francisco, Kevin Diedrich is teaming up with the resort’s mixologist David Hernandez to shake up irresistible cocktails.

Enjoy a second take of cuisine, blending the creations from three former chefs with the resort’s famous dishes. The evening is made complete with JC Boisset pouring wine and Kevin Diedrich whipping up Casa Dragones cocktails.

Hot Seats – July 6

Don’t miss this intimate five-course meal paying tribute to the resort’s culinary team and guest chefs. The evening will be complemented with Boisset wine and Casa Dragones cocktails by Kevin Diedrich. There’s only room for 10 so make your reservations now.
