In compliance with the recent CDC requirement for a negative COVID-19 test to all air passengers entering the United States & Canada, guests of One&Only Palmilla will have convenient access to on-site viral testing throughout their stay, beginning January 26. Both Antigen and PCR tests will be available in the privacy of their facilities, administered by local health professionals and medical staff, with laboratory test results readily available prior to departure. Antigen test results are available within 24 hours for $30 USD per test, and PCR test results are available within 48-72 hours for $240 USD per test. Tests may be scheduled via butler team and must be taken during the 72 hours prior to departure.

For in-house guests that are unable to depart the resort destination on schedule due to COVID-19 travel warning, health or quarantine restrictions, the resort will extend the guest’s stay based on a minimum of 35% off Best Available Rate (BAR) or existing rate as per guest’s original booking, whichever is of the lesser value.

One&Only Mandarina, Riviera Nayarit

In compliance with the recent CDC requirement for a negative COVID-19 test for all air passengers entering the United States, guests of One&Only Mandarina have convenient access to on-site viral testing throughout your stay. Both Antigen and PCR tests are available in the privacy of your villa, administered by a laboratory specialist with test results readily available prior to departure along with a certified document to present to your airline. Antigen tests are complimentary for a maximum of two guests per room staying 3 nights or longer and tests results are available within 4-6 hours (additional guests in the room can be tested for a fee of $25 USD per test). PCR test results are available within 72 hours for $250 USD per test. Both tests can be charged to your guest room account. Tests may be scheduled via Guest Experiences team and must be taken during the 72 hours prior to departure. They highly recommend scheduling your test prior to arrival to the resort.
