Shake things up with this delicious daiquiri recipe from Miami’s top cocktail bar Sweet Liberty at One&Only Palmilla’s Shake Up event, Sep. 14-16 at Agua Bar.
Rockaway Daiquiri
- 1 oz. Jamaican Rum
- 1 oz. Puerto Rican Rum
- 2 oz. Fresh pineapple juice
- .75 oz Licor 43
- .5 oz Agave syrup
- 1 oz. Fresh lime
- 2 Drops aromatic bitters
Directions: Shake all ingredients vigorously with cube ice, double strain up, garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
