Resort guests can kick off the romantic happenings at the lobby with legendary Chef Michael Mina and his wife Diane Mina, plus special guest Aurore J Drouhin, France’s next-generation ambassador from Joseph Drouhin Winery. Hosted by General Manager Fernando Flores and the whole management team, the evening includes a luxurious spread of canapés, wine tasting and tequila with Clase Azul masters, plus plenty of love stories and swoon-worthy vibes. Date Night Fever

Open to the public, this decadent dinner at the resort’s signature restaurant will feature a mouthwatering a la carte menu created by Chef Michael Mina and the resort’s culinary team, with an optional pairing by Joseph Drouhin Winery. Live entertainment will set the festive, romantic mood. Reservations are highly recommended.
The Marvelous Mina Takeover
Saturday, Feb. 15, 7 to 11 p.m. at Don Manuel’s Restaurant
The romantic celebration culminates with a five-course tasting menu from Chef Mina, featuring flavors and influences from his Mediterranean upbringing and the native tastes of Mexico. The menu will be paired with wine from Burgundy’s Joseph Drouhin Winery, known for their prize-winning Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Reservations are highly recommended. The menu is priced at $110 and the wine pairing is priced at $90.
Guests can also enjoy a special meet-and-greet cocktail reception with Chef Michael Mina prior to the evening’s meal. The complimentary event will take place from 6 to 7 p.m. at Don Manuel’s Bar.
