Marino Residences– The residences sitting adjacent to Nautico will offer one- and two-bedroom condos spanning up to 1,073 square feet. The beachfront pool experience is shared with the neighbor residences.
Botanica Residences– Low-rise condo residences offering one- and two-bedroom tropical condo suites. The residences will be surrounded by lush courtyard gardens with a pool area right off the balcony. These suites range from 765 to 1,025 square feet in size.
