Casa Vallarta: Farca’s Masterpiece

In Architecture & Design by Ali Madrazo

Every time Ezequiel Farca presents his latest project we marvel again. As a Mexican designer I can tell that he and his team make me proud each time they show the entire world the quality and creativity of their work. We already know Mexico has the most beautiful landscapes, but with the help, passion and wit of designers as talented as him we can enjoy those sceneries in the most comfortable and luxurious way. Casa Vallarta is a place I could live in forever. It has everything a person could need; from the peaceful feeling of the sea to the vegetation that completely surrounds it. The 9,842 square-ft. house also has a fitness center, a home theatre, two Jacuzzis, a terrace with a swimming pool, a fire pit, eight bedrooms and numerous gathering spaces to share with friends and family. Natural stones and concrete walls were carefully selected to create fresh spaces that provide passive cooling during hot seasons. The color palette is neutral and we can notice a preference for yellow and turquoise accessories. The work Ezequiel made in the architecture, interior design and furniture design of this amazing beach house only confirms our favoritism for him.
