Shake things up with this delicious recipe from Miami’s top cocktail bar Sweet Liberty at One&Only Palmilla’s Shake Up event, Sep. 14-16 at Agua Bar.


  • 1 oz. Mezcal
  • 1 oz. Aperol
  • 1 oz. Carpano Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 Dashes Bitter Truth Chocolate Bitters
  • Grapefruit Twist

Directions: Serve on rock ice cubes.
