Palmasola, one of Punta Mita’s first, true luxury estate properties has recently celebrated its 15th anniversary. The nine-bedroom luxury villa spans 25,000 square feet and is often considered one of the most divine villas in the world.
Located in the center of Punta Mita, the villa’s official 15-year anniversary is Oct. 26 with recent second phase renovations completed early November. The recent design upgrades were completed by Ofelia Uribe of Mexico City’s Uribe Krayer. Manolo Mestre, the architect for the project, created an ideal entertaining layout while still offering intimate spaces with a timeless style of Mexican Pacific Coastal design.

The for-rent villa has a lineup of amenities rivaling that of five-star resorts. Amenities include an expansive master suite with a private rooftop terrace, outdoor jacuzzi, study, a 200-ft. long infinity-edge pool, 11 distinctive event venues, a media room, gym and massage room. Guests are also treated to a team of 17 full-time staff members, surfing and swimmable beach just steps from the property and a seasoned culinary team led by Chef Edher Cervantes (who worked under Enrique Olvera, one of Mexico’s top chefs). Additionally, the villa is located adjacent to the famous “Tail of the Whale’ golf hole and shares a restricted access beach with Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita. It’s also the only for-rent villa that in Punta Mita that offers access to all of Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita’s amenities.
