Vegan Holiday Cooking Class: With the resort’s new vegan menu by celebrity Chef Leslie Durso as inspiration, the chefs at Bahia will be hosting a special vegan cooking class to show guests how to prepare holiday veggie-focused dishes at home. Enjoy a demonstration and then indulge in the grand results at a delicious lunch. $1,750 MXN per person. Wednesday, December 27, 12:00 p.m.

Christmas Dinners: Bring family and friends together to share in a special meal to celebrate the holiday. Ketsi will be offering a lavish buffet featuring traditional favorites with a modern twist, as well as Mexican-inspired specialties. The cost is $1,300 MXN per person. Aramara will also feature a selection of traditional holiday specials as well as a limited à la carte menu. Friday, December 25, 6:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

A Visit from Santa Claus: Leaving the cold North Pole behind, Santa arrives on Las Cuevas Beach to greet the young guests on Christmas morning. Games, activities, great food and other fun diversions will be featured. Monday, December 25, 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Kids Camp “Night Under the Stars”: This fun-filled kid’s camp will be a memorable experience for all! The night includes a buffet dinner, bonfire, games, prizes and a sleepover option on the beach. The cost is $1,200 MXP per child (Sleepover participants: MXP $2,600) Wednesday, December 27, 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. (Sleepover participants stay until 8:00 a.m.).

Children’s New Year’s Eve Show: Dancing, music and much more are in store for kids as they celebrate the end of the year. Held in the Takua Ballroom, the complimentary evening will include a buffet dinner for children, followed by a dance performance by the children. Sunday, December 31, 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

New Year’s Eve Party: Head on down to Las Cuevas Beach for this lively party to bid farewell to 2017 and ring in the New Year! The “Hacienda” party is one of the most anticipated events of the year, and you won’t want to miss all the music, dancing, food, libations and surprises. The evening includes lavish live food stations and an assortment of small bites, plus a selection of Champagne to enjoy throughout the night. The cost is $5760 MXN per person. New Year’s Day Brunch at Bahia: Bahia will host this restorative meal, where you can indulge at multiple food stations including an open grill, live stations, wood-burning oven specialties, an Asian corner, favorite classics and sweet temptations.
